Section 8(iv) in The Punjab School Education Board (Penalties for Misconduct and use of Unfair Means in the Matriculation and Higher Secondary Examinations) Regulations, 1979
(iv)When the Committee or the members present at a meeting of the Committee are unanimous on the findings in regard to a case the decision of the Committee shall be final except as provided in clause (vi) of this regulation.
