Information sought:
The appellant had sought information about account of his father Late Mathuradas Kashiram Mapara Account no. 1160104 matured on 14/10/2011 and account no. 1160095 matured on 26/08/2011. He had asked the CPIO to fill the original passbook accordingly available with the appellant.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The PIO has not provided the information as it relates to third party, who had submitted his dissent in this regard.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. S S Pawar CPIO's representative through VC (M: 8698811966) The CPIO's representative stated that the information being sought in the RTI application at hand pertains to the same two accounts for which the pass book was updated as requested by the appellant in his earlier appeal decided by the Commission on 11/07/2013 vide file No. CIC/BS/A/2012/001370. He contended that complete information has been provided to the appellant vide letter dated 02/08/2013. The appellant is not present for making his submissions/contesting the facts.Page 1 of 2
