Reserved on: 21.09.2024
Pronounced on: 25.10.2024
                                                           ORDER

With the consent of learned counsel for the rival parties, the matter was heard on 21.09.2024 at length and today the order is being pronounced.

2. Of a note, in connected petition bearing M.Cr.C.No.12558/2024, an order has been pronounced today, in which, the relief of quashing the complaint registered by the trial Court was sought. That petition has been dismissed by this court by passing a 2 MCrC No.14026/2024 detailed order. Since that petition is dismissed and the trial will go-on as per the law, therefore, the relief claimed in this petition becomes redundant.

3 In view of the above, this petition is dismissed.
