107. Settlement of private hat, ghat and fisheries etc. by the Gaon Panchayat.
- The powers of settlement of private hats, ghats and fisheries etc. under the jurisdiction of the Gaon Panchayat shall be vested in the Standing Committee as under sub-section (1) (i) of Section-22.
