Section 1 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Barge (Taxation on Goods) Act, 1985
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Barge (Taxation on Goods) Act, 1985.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force from the 1st day of July, 1978.
