Section 1 in Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Officers and Staff Appointment) Regulation, 2001
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) This Regulation shall be called the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Officers and Staff Appointment) Regulation, 2001.(ii)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
