% 24.09.2021 The matter has been placed before the Court on an office note, since there are typographical errors pointed out in our judgment dated 10.09.2021.
It is pointed out that in respect of FAO (OS) 23/2020, this Court had Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:AMIT ARORA Signing Date:29.09.2021 08:14:47 directed that the same be registered as FAO(OS) (COMM) 23/2020. However, there is already another matter registered with that number. In view of the aforesaid position, let a fresh number be assigned to the matter and the same be registered as FAO (OS) (COMM).
It is further pointed out that the case FAO (OS) (COMM) 19/2020 arises out of CS (COMM) 1143/2018 and FAO (OS) (COMM) 16/2020 arises out of CS (COMM) 513/2017. However, in our order, the numbers have incorrectly been mentioned as FAO (OS) COMM 17/20. The said error is corrected.
We may note that FAO (OS) (COMM) 19/2020 arises out of CS (COMM) 1143/2018 and FAO (OS) (COMM) 16/2020 arises out of CS (COMM) 513/2017.
The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
