Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to define the
nature of Job and work distance for male and female sanitation workers
working under or for them and to withdraw the prevailing time schedule
which mandates a sanitation worker to report at 4 times covering 11 hours in
a day and to make the working hours of a sanitation worker working under
or for them as six hours per day at a stretch and not thereafter.
