Section 10(2) in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
(2)Votes shall be taken by show of hands or by ballot, as the President decides:Provided that votes shall be taken by ballot if five members so desire and ask for it in writing:Provided further that if voting has been by show of hands, a division shall be taken if at least one member asks for it.
