Section 8(i) in Martin Luther Christian University Act, 2005
(i)To provide instruction, teaching training and in such branches of learning as the University may think fit and to make provisions for research and for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge, particularly in the fields of professional courses of Sciences, Health Sciences, Bio-Technology, Information Technology, Commerce, Management and other allied areas;
