Section 4(3) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Acquisition of Land Owners Estates Act, 1963
(3)The rental income from the lands forming part of the estate in a village shall,(a)where the village is a settled village, be the total of-(i)the rents assessed on lands forming part of the estate (other than Khudkasht lands which have not been assessed) as entered in the revenue records of the village, and(ii)the rents which would have payable in respect of Khudkasht lands (which have not been so assessed) if they had been let out to tenants on the prevailing rent rates in the locality;(b)where the village is not a settled village, be the amount determined in the manner specified in section 5.
