Section 561(b) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(b)For Journey by road of not less than 10 miles-Two annas per mile from the headquarters of their circle to the destination, provided that, when they travel by motor vehicle plying for hire and the fare is less than the mileage admissible, they shall be paid an amount equal to the fare actually paid.
