Section 296(1) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(1)The [State Government] [Substituted by ALO 1950.] shall make rules consistent with this Act in respect to the matters described in Sections [95, 127, 153 and 235] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 1 of 1955.].
