Section 31 in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
31. Honorarium to members.
- The registered society may, with the approval of the Registrar, pay honorarium or amount of pocket expenses to a member for service rendered to the society and any amount paid on this behalf shall be debited to the head "Establishment Charge."
