Section 94 in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
94. Transfer of school property.
- Where any school property, movable or immovable, has been acquired wholly or partly out of the funds provided by the Administrator by way of aid, such property may be transferred without the previous approval of the appropriate authority if such school property is declared by the appropriate authority to be obsolete, surplus or unserviceable, and every such disposal shall be made by public auction or in such other manner as may be specified by the appropriate authority.
