Section 32(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2018
(1)No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, save on a complaint made by the Authority or any officer or person authorized by it or by an individual who has reason to believe that his right has been violated.
