Section 2(iv) in The M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(iv)all appointments made, notifications and orders issued, degrees, diplomas or certificate conferred or issued, privileges granted or other things done under the repealed enactments and in force immediately before the date aforesaid shall be deemed to have been respectively made, issued, conferred, granted or done under this Act;
