Section 12(12) in Haryana Distribution and Retail Supply Licence
12.2For as long as this licence remains in force, the Licensee shall, by 10th of April of every year, be liable to pay to the Government of Haryana an annual licence fee of Rs. 120 lacs for each of the first three years of the licence and the Commission shall review such licence fee after every three years.
