Section 1 in Bangalore Mahanagara Palike Building Bye-laws 2003

1. SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT.

1.1These Bye-Laws shall be called “ The Bangalore Mahanagara Palike Building Bye – Laws 2003”.
1.2These Bye-laws shall be applicable within the jurisdiction of the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike as notified by the Government under Chapter II of the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976.
1.3These Bye-laws shall come into operation from 5th of June 2004.
