Section 21(3) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(3)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any Statutes made thereunder.
