Section 13(1) in Assam Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955

(1)In each year, on such date as may be fixed by the [Khadi and Village Industries Commission] [Substituted 'All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board' by Assam Act No. 31 of 1960, dated 17.12.1960.], the Board shall prepare and forward to the [Khadi and Village Industries Commission] [Substituted 'All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board' by Assam Act No. 31 of 1960, dated 17.12.1960.], a programme of works as approved by the State Government.
