Section 4(a) in Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajaswa Sanhita (Bhu-Rajasva Ka Nirdharan Tatha Punarnirdharan) Niyam, 2018
(a)the Commissioner, Land Records shall, subject to the control of the State Government, control the operations of updating of land records other than record of rights in the State;
