1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the other set of workmen have preferred a Special Leave Petition assailing the judgement rendered in LPA no. 199/2013 dated 12.11.2024, which is likely to be listed before the Hon‟ble Supreme Court on 7 th November, 2025.
2. In view of the above, the learned counsels for the parties submits that the present matters also be adjourned to date subsequent to that of the SLP.
3. At request, re-notify on 9th January, 2026.
