Section 133(4) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(4)The Regional Inspector shall within thirty days from the receipt of the information referred to in subregulation (3), verify and investigate the degree of gassiness and classify the same into appropriate degree of gassiness, and till such time as the Regional Inspector so classifies all the precautions required to be observed previously shall be observed.
