Section 412(6) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(6)Every place vesting in the Corporation used for burying, burning or otherwise disposing of the dead shall be registered in the register kept under subsection (3), and a plan showing the locality, extent and boundaries thereof and bearing the signature of the Municipal Commissioner shall be deposited in the Corporation office.
