(2)Every manufacturer or repairer of or dealer in, weight or measure shall make an application for the renewal of a licence within thirty days before the expiry of validity of the licence to the Controller of Legal Metrology or such other officers as may be authorized by him in this behalf, in the appropriate form set out in Schedule II-B.
