Section 17(2) in The Chhattisgarh Gram Nyayalaya Rules, 2001
(2)The execution of such order shall be made by Gram Nyayalaya after giving intimation to the opposite party. If the execution is not possible the Gram Nyayalaya shall send the order/case to the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.
