Jyothi Eswar Gogineni, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances Stated in the affidavit
filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue, a Writ, order or
direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the
respondents No. 5 to 15 in issuing the notifications dated 05.06.2023,

for grant of afflljation to the pr'lvate clegree collages for the academic year

21.05.2024, 24.05.2024, 20.05.2024, and 27.05.2024, made by the 1
petitioner as well as its members is illegal arbitrary unjust and contrary to the
provision of the A.P.Educat'lon Act 1982 and consequently quash the Same
and direct the respondents to postpone the date to grant of afflliations to the
private degree collages for the academic year 2024 -25.

Notice before admission.
Learned counsel for the petitioners iS Permitted tO take Out personal notice to all the respondents by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due and file proof of Service before the Registry.
Learned counsel for the petitioners Submits that On 25.05.2024, respondent No.14/Andhra Kesari Univers-lty issued a notification tO submit online applications on or before 31.05.12024. Likewise, other universities/respondents also issued motif-lcations with a little period of time to submit online applications. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that since some matters are pending before the Delhi High Court, if the date is not extended, the petitioners will be put to heavy and irreparable loss.
Perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the cut-off date, to submit online applications is short, this court is of the considered opinion that the cut-off date to submit the online applications for all the Universities are hereby extended till 14.06.2024.
The respondents can file their objections if any, before the lv Vacation Court on 06.06.2024.
