Section 1 in Bihar Prevention of Beggary Act, 1951
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Prevention of Beggary Act, 1951.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force in such areas and no such date or dates as the State Government may, by notification, from time to time, appoint and the State Government may in like manner withdraw or rescind such notification.
