Section 39(1) in Rajasthan Habitual Offenders Rules, 1955
(1)Every [registered offender] [Substituted by ibid] placed in a settlement shall attend daily before the [corrective settlement] [Added by ibid] Manager or before a person authorised by him at 7 A.M. in the morning and 9 P.M. at night.
