120. Penalty for breach of section 116.
- Whoever in contravention of the provisions of section 116 interferes with, injures, destroys or renders useless anything done by or under the orders of the Board to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.Markets.Public Markets.
