Section 34I(3) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(3)The conditions of appointment and service of the officers and servants and their scale of pay shall-(a)as regards the Managing Director, be such as may be prescribed, and(b)as regards the other officers and servants, be such as may be determined by regulations.
