Section 56(1) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(1)All circuits shall be sufficiently protected by cut-outs placed in positions easily accessible to the staff, but inaccessible to the public. All cut-outs shall be of such pattern and be fixed in such a position as to admit of quick replacement.
