(1A)[ A member referred to in clause (aa) or clause (aaa) of sub-section (1) may, instead of attending any meeting of the Finance Committee himself, depute an officer not below the rank of a Joint Secretary to the State Government and an officer so deputed shall also have the right to vote.] [Inserted by President's Act No. 4 of 1996 (w.e.f. 11.7.1995).]
