1. By an order dated 13.07.2021, this court had allowed the above captioned petition and proposed to appoint Justice (Retired) Pradeep Nandrajog, former Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court and the Bombay High Court, as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.
2. He has since furnished his consent as required under Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The said declaration does not indicate that there are any justifiable grounds to doubt his independence and impartiality.
3. Accordingly, Justice (Retired) Pradeep Nandrajog is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
