Section 60 in The Bombay Children Act, 1948

60. Penalty for abetting escape of child or youthful offender. - Whoever -

(a)knowingly assists or induces, directly or indirectly, a child detained in or placed out on licence [from a Classifying Centre, Approved Centre or Approved Institution to escape from such Centre or Institution] or from any person with whom, as the case may be, he has been placed out on licence, or any child to escape from the person to whose care he has been committed under the provisions of this Act, or
(b)knowingly harbours, conceals, connives at or prevents from returning [to any such Centre or Institution] or to any person with whom he is placed out on licence or to whose care he is committed under this Act, a child who has so escaped or knowingly assists or connives at so doing, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
