Section 1 in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 21st day of May, 2016.
