Section 107 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
107. Repayment of loans.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 106, it shall be the duty of a Council to apply annually out of the Municipal fund first such sum as may be required for the payment of any amount falling due on any loan legally contracted by it.
