34. Billing and Payment of charges.
(1)Bills shall be raised for the LDC charge on monthly basis by the Power System Operation Company in accordance with these regulations, and payments shall be made by the users directly to the Power System Operation Corporation Limited.(2)Persistent default in payment of RLDCs/NLDC fee and charges shall be brought to the notice of the Commission.
