Section 15(1) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(1)The agricultural qualifications granted by agricultural institutions outside the State of Tamil Nadu or outside India with which there is a scheme of reciprocity shall be recognized qualifications for the purposes of this Act.
