                                                        ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents to take appropriate steps to stop garbage dumping and to remove the dumped garbage from the public pathway to the Madurai Veeran Parivara Theivangal Temple in S.V.Nagar, Nedunkulakarai in Thiruchitrambalam panchayat, Avanam, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. By producing the photographs, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the garbage from the public pathway to the Madurai Veeran Parivara 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.16859 of 2018 Theivangal Temple in S.V.Nagar, Nedunkulakarai in Thiruchitrambalam panchayat, Avanam, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District had already been removed and a processing Unit has also been established to process the garbage.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.

No costs.
