255. Power to enforce drainage of undrained premises and separate drainage in any premises.
- The Chairman-in-Council may, by written notice; require drainage to be provided for any undrained premises and also require separate provisions to be made for drainage or sewage and other offensive matters as distinct from rain-water and other unpolluted sub-soil water in accordance with such rules as may be made in this behalf.
