The Registrar after registering the Co-operative Farm of un-economic holdings under sub-section (1) of Section 52 shall send a copy of the certificate of registration to the Collector for his information. The Collector on receiving a copy of the certificate of registration shall get necessary entries made in the Annual registers maintained by the Land Records Staff and shall also have a register of Co-operative Farms maintained in the office of the Tehsil. The land revenue in respect of the land included in the Co-operative Farm shall as from the date the Co-operative is constituted Farm shall be .realised from the Cooperative Farm.
