Section 28(2) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(2)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) a member elected from either the "Traders and Brokers' constituency, or Weighmen measures, surveyors and warehousemen and other persons' constituency or 'Local Authorities' constituency shall cease to hold office as such member, if he ceases to be a member of the electorate by which he was elected.
