Section 91 in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959
91. Chapter to apply notwithstanding provision in scheme.
- The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to every religious institution, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any scheme settled or deemed to have been settled under this Act.
