At the outset, it has been brought to our notice that the issue raised in this petition has been decided vide judgment and order dated 22.04.2020, passed by the a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the bunch of writ petitions, leading Writ Petition being Writ-A No. 9650 of 2018., C/M National Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and others.
Accordingly, this writ petition is also dismissed.
