- Every plan or section required to be maintained under these regulations or any orders made thereunder shall be prepared by or under the personal supervision of a surveyor and shall carry thereon a certificate by him to the effect that the plan or section or part thereof is correct and shall be signed and dated by the surveyor and counter-signed and dated by the manager of the mine on every occasion that the plan or section is brought up-to-date.Chapter - IIIInspectors, Management and Competent Persons
