Section 5(4) in Haryana Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Staff Regulations, 1996
(4)No person shall be allowed to enter the service unless he produces a medical certificate of fitness issued by a Civil Surgeon or a Senior Medical Officer or a Medical Officer of equivalent status.
