Section 3(c) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Jagir Resumption (Absorption of Jagir Employees) Rules, 1954
(c)The Jagir Commissioner will invite applications wit hin a specified time from Jagir Employees who wish to be considered for absorption in State Service. The applications will be required to be submitted to the Collector.
