10. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Universities Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Lecturers) Ordinance, 1978 (Ordinance No, 5 of 1978) and the Rajasthan Universities Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Lecturers) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1978 (Ordinance No. 8 of 1978) are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal but subject to the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 5 of this Act anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinances shall be deemed to have done or taken under the Act.
